When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Are your products food-safe and BPA-free?
Yes, product safety is our priority. All Genuine Fred kitchenware and dining products are tested to meet or exceed relevant safety standards and are 100% BPA-free.
